Fermec 860 fixer upper

Looking to get this fermec 860 that was sitting for couple of years untouche, replaced 4 hoses already, figured out how to turn on boom cylinder but can’t get it to move on its own, it’s a 4 speed with a lever on left side of the steering wheel and seems like it’s always in neutral, any one knows anything because it was in a working condition before so it can’t be anything really wrong, hoping some kind of switch or ??? Please help!

Did you check your gear box fluid?
