Ex-200 w/ conversion kit stalls when boom is lowered

Guys please help. I have an hitachi ex200-2 that has conversion kit and no electronics. Every thing works fine except when i lower the boom. The engine almost stalls even though the pressure is only 150-180 at the shuttle valve. What may be the cause of the problem?
