burnt the starter in my loader the other day. picked one up seems to be the wrong one. wont engage the flywheel. my question is are the starter for the 5.9 cummins engine and the 3.9 cummins interchangeable? :confused: backtracked the number for the starter i recieved. near as i can figure its for the 5.9. supplyer tells me its for 3.9. little help please

did some more leg work. not the same. at least 3 different starters available for that engine. got the right one now.
