I hope this is the right place for this post.
I have 7- XP825 air compressors. I have 2 out of commission for various issues, but 2 in particular are making me crazy.
2014 model year. Cummins QSB 6.7 power plant. When starting the compressor it doesn't reach target RPMs within the time limit set by the Doosan ECU and shuts down. I have hooked Insite to the engine side and monitored all parameters related to fuel, timing, etc (all within range for a good start). After around 8-10 tries, it magically revs up to 1400rpm and continues to function flawlessly for 8 to 10 hours of work.
Any thoughts on what I should look for?
I'll create a separate post for my other problem child.
