Looking for a skip loader to repair and maintain 3 miles of private road which is currently dirt, shale, and scattered 3/4 crushed.
A neighbor who has worked in construction is firmly suggesting: John Deere 210 LE, 4WD, 4 in 1 bucket, Gannon box w/rippers and dual tilt, but can get by with single tilt. I am hearing to avoid the Deere 210 LJ - bad transmission. I'm seeing other models listed for sale or auction: Deere 210 LEP, 210 KEP.

The Deere 210 LE has been repeatedly recommended due to it's simplicity and being easier to service / repair, and "bulletproof" if you are not too stupid or careless.
Can anyone here generalize about other models; Deere 210 LEP ? 210 KEP ? as compared to the Deere 210 LE ? New guy to this forum and new to skip loaders.

Thank you in advance for any guidance.
