I have a Deutz FL2 912 engine in an Atlas Copco compressor which will not pump fuel has been sitting for a while. Do the pimps stick over a long period of time?
If u have the 2 cyl in-line pump, remove the side cover and work the stop lever.. the insides should move freely right to left..
If it doesn’t, bump the engine over while working the stop lever to try to free up the dry pumping plungers..
Open up the lines AT THE INJECTORS to let any air trapped inside.. When it starts spitting fuel, close them up..
Good luck..
