Deere 450b lever under air filter on floor

I got a 450b with a lever on the floor under the air filter, I have no idea what it is. The trans 1,2,3,4 and the HLR shifter is on the right side arm rest so I don’t think it has anything to do with that. I have not tried to move this lever as it looks like it hasn’t moved in decades. Any guess to what it is for?
