Deere 410B "reverser rear cover mounting bracket"

Deere TM-1364 (Mar-86), Section 99 apparently addresses fabrication of a reverser rear cover mounting bracket. The upgrade of this manual, TM-1469 (Dec-88) , which I have, does not address this. Does anyone have a copy of the original TM-1364, and if so, can you provide the information for fabricating this mounting bracket?
