Hello,

Looking for some input on a no 4x4 issue with a 210LJ i have.

Complaint: No power to MFWD
210LJ T0210LJ890055
I put machine up on stands all 4 wheels and confirmed no power to front tires.
Output splines, Driveline, Ring/pinion, axles, Planetaries all OK.

Diagnostics completed so far:
New MFWD Switch Installed previously
Good +12V signal at MFWD Solenoid
Solenoid Ohms good Per JD repair manual 10.5 ohms
Pressure at MFWD port good 285 PSI at 1500 RPM controlled by MFWD Switch

Deere service manual points to internal leakage due to Delivery tube, MFWD piston seal, Control valve gasket, or MFWD Solenoid. Any other external tests i can try before pulling transmission for teardown?

Yes the O-rings on the solenoid valve stem are good.

The MFWD pressure changes from 0 to 285 PSI when the 4x4 switch is activated and drops back to 0 when its switched off. This tells me the solenoid is functioning properly.

You would think with 285 PSI apply pressure if you had that bad of internal leakage it would never build that much clutch apply pressure. Mechanical damage or binding in clutch assembly maybe.
