I have a question on how to set the potentiometers. My input voltage is 4.996V
Would I divide by 2 and then add the .5V and then add .747V to that

I need some understanding of this procedure/voltages to set my potentiometers too

It's been a long time. I believe you are correct but only for reference voltage not both. So all but throttle will be measure or set for neutral and throttle will be set for full throttle.

I just figured it out, the supply voltage is multiplied by the number in the column to get the voltage. :)
