D5B 25X Final drive case interchangeable?

The orig. part number on final drive is 2p1511 for a wide gauge track my question is can i use a 3s8632 narrow gauge final drive case in its place only difference i can find visually is that where the spacer to make it (2p1511) wide gauge bolts up has twice as many bolts as 3s8632 does for the dust guards and the fact that 3s8632 is machined to fit the duo cone seal whereas the 2p1511 is not, the spacer that bolts to the case has the provisions for the seal. I will try to have some pictures up later to help clarify. Again main question is can i use 3s8632 final drive case in the place of 2p1511 final drive case.

Update to any who may be curious I had to make a 3/8 spacer ring to go in between to final drive housing and the duo cone seal extension housing to bring it out to right width for seal to compress properly but in a pinch it will indeed work.
