Cummins B5.3C engine oil pressure?

I pasted the 5.3 from IP but I think they are 3.9 in the Lull. sorry

I was looking at some Lulls with a Cummins B3.9C on ironplanet and the list the oil pressure at 10, 15, 18, I guess this is at idle? What is normal for this engine or what is to low for this engine?`Thanks for the help!
