Considering upgrading my VOLVO EC18E to a CAT 302CR. Whats your take on that?

Hey guys.
I have been using my excavator quite much and love it so far. It is so smooth and all but I have been itching to upgrade to a Cat 302CR.
The cat has some nice stats on paper and I am just wondering which brand is better. The volvo is super smooth but my question is what do you think of this?

Are you sure its an up grade? Has your Volvo been reliable? are parts and service easy to get? You already like how smooth it is. have you looked at a new Volvo?

I have owned a few excavators over the last 20 years. 200 Hyundai, 200 JD, and a 210Blc Volvo. While I haven't owned a 320 cat I have ran a couple nice ones. I am not sure i would trade my Volvo for the Cat, nothing wrong with the Cats that I ran just not sure they performed any better than what I have. I also think my Volvo is a pretty smooth machine to run. Maybe because I am used to it, I have put over 3200 hrs on it.

What are some of the things you like better on the Cat 302?

what I like about the cat is the weight, power as it’s 400 kg heavier and has twice the lifting force.
It’s 2.2 ton and the volvo above is to heavy for my car and trailer.
The cat has stick steer, floating blade, cool features in the computer
Service in Iceland on both machines is the same
