what are come common boilerplate clauses. you demolition and excavation guys use in your contracts? things like unseen buried materials and haz mat stuff. and moving equioment onto the site again.

My most favorite phrase is "by others". The usually follows the phrase "goetechnical testing" and "construction staking".

This is a quotation on the project named, subject to the conditions noted below:
Does not include permitting, hazardous material removal or disposal, material testing, rock excavation, undercutting, design, construction staking, surveying or engineering of any kind.
