CMI Biogrind 175, need source of info and parts

Does anyone know what happened to the production of the CMI Biogrind plants, after the buyout by Terex?? My son-in-law wants me to go look at one that is for sale. I don't know anything about them, except for what I can see on Youtube. Did any company continue the production of these?
