do you know MAMMOET or ALE, Almajdouie before? these are all very strong heavy transport companies.

Some project is about 20000t cargo, like in shipyard, power station, modular trailer will be used in these situations.

August 11, 2013, 60 Axle lines CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries Self-propelled modular transporter SPMT’s (TJ-S2.43) has roll on first set of main pier anti-collision steel jacket on barge for the bid contract CB03 of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge which got by the conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC). ALLSTONE, a new heavy transport company in China, handles the Tianjie SPMT transport operation.

The steel jacket is a “8” shape mega steel structure with 90m length, 43m width, 8.7m height, dead weight has reach 1750tons. The total SPMT with spread load beams and cargo mass reaches 2045tons in total. 60lines SPMT has been divided into 10 individual units and groups as 3-points support system. CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries SPMT’s mechanical and electronic combination functions has been multiply applied in this project and show with great flexibility and possibility. With CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries TJ-S2.43 SPMT’s auto hydrostatic balance and computerized control system, each support point bears equally 34.1t gross load on each axle line. According to the TJ-S2.43 Max 40t/line load capacity, this will offers a stable and safe assurance during the roll on barge operation.

With accurate calculation and perfect equipment operation performance, the operation has been done in high benchmark with high efficiency.

Till the end of 2013, there will be around 180 Axle lines SPMT’s (TJ-S2.43) from CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries (Parent company of Shanghai Fulangjie Import & Export Co., Ltd.) will serve for the HZMB project.

Last September, CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries-fulangjie won the bid for supplying 36 axle lines hydraulic Modular Trailers to our Vietnam client, the biggest and leading heavy transport company in Vietnam and have already won the heavy transport contract for Son la hydropower plant from the government.

Base on the firm quality and reliable performance of our trailers, Our client decided to transport kinds of heavy cargo, which was made in western country and will be equipped to Son La Hydropower Plant, by CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries TJV2 Hydraulic Modular Trailers.
The construction for Sonla Hydropower Plant was called the most important project in 22nd century, which is the spotlight in Vietnam currently and rises up so many close attentions from key politicians including Mr.Nong Duc Manh, general secretary of Vietnam.
On Son La River, there is a big power plant called Hoa binh Power Plant without any ship lock for barge passing, so they must unload the heavy cargo on the ground at a temporary jetty in rural area of Hoa Binh. Then, load those to another temporary which over the hoa binh Hydro power plant.

After that, They will load the trailer to another barge again, and delivery those to Sonla Hydro power plant which is still under construction.

I see a pretty good number of large turnbuckles holding it down. A lot of times on barges they hardly do any, not risking anything that isn't theirs, so...

China Modular Trailers – China Hydraulic Multi Axle Trailer

June 3th, 2008. DEC Launches its first Gas Turbine transport with a 3 files hydraulic modular trailer, produced by CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries, after being stopped on its journey by the The Wenchuan Earthquake happened in May 12th, 2008, Sichuan Province, West China.
The Gas Turbine is 13.8m length, 5.8m width, 5.6m height, and 380t weight, costs 270 million RMB. When the “5.12″ earthquake happened, It was just on its journey to the Leshan Port, where the ship will take it to Putian, Fujian Province, South East China. After the first worst 8.0 magnitude earthquake finished, the 380t Gas Turbine still tightly sat on the hydraulic modular trailer, since to the trailer’s excellent hydraulic platform balance system. Concerning about the road and bridges in front may be destroyed during the earthquake, the Gas Turbine was stopped in the Huaqiao toll station nearby. After finish nearly two weeks’ inspecition of 144 bridges and fix 9 hidden troubles of the road and bridges, the 380t Gas Turbine starts its journey again.

DEC is one of the worst hit enterprise in the “5.12″ earthquake. Thousands of workers were injoured and dead, Almost all the infrastructures were totally destroyed. The direct ecnomic losses have reached over 5 billion RMB. However, the re-launch of the 380t Gas Turbine shows the world an un-clobbered DEC and also shows DEC’s steady confidence of recovery from the disaster.
