Changing the Control pattern on 307 Cat, and MDI/ Yutani?

I just got a 307 cat excavator, I want to change the control pattern from cat to deere. I do not know what hoses to change? I found the hoses under the machine, they are all marker R1,R2,R3,R4, and L1,L2,L3,L4. not sure which ones to switch. the cat dealer couldn't tell me anything, because the Serial# CCB61265 does not come up as any machine? I don't get that. I is a 1995 Cat 307 PIN# 9ZL00971. Any help would be greatfull. Also A 1989 MDI/Yutani MD140B I'm getting for the same guy and i need to change the controls on that one to.
