would anyone be familiar with error codes?Was running this machine clearing snow shifted from forward to reverse and the transmission display showed E4.2 and machine would not move.Switched it off and went to restart it display showes CH8.1 andCH8.8 and E4.2 and starter will not engage

E4.2 is a neutral error or your key switch is stuck in accessory. did not find ch8.1 or 8.8

Check pink wire 121 for hot in neutral comes from pin a on one of the controller plugs

Doesn't ch8.1 8.8 come up every time you turn on the key.

Got lucky pulled the control assembly and noticed the spring arm on the micro switch was bent way out of wack.Gave it a twist and all seems well again.Thanks for the input

The CH8.1 is the version of the shift and the 8.8 is telling you all the LEDS in the display are working
