i have been trying to get the skid steer running, i turn the key on nothing powers up, i put the battery on a charger shows fully charged, cleaned battery terminals and wire connections, checked on all the fuses, fuses were good, only thing that works is the cabin lights, last guy who used it said it was running fine.

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
Serial Number please, just to get the correct electrical schematic.

I think you could have a problem with the main power fuse assembly and/or its connections but you'll need an electrical schematic to trace the power. The confusing thing to the uninitiated regarding the main power fuse assembly is that it doesn't look like a fuse at first glance.....

If you go to Grid E-9 on page 12 of the linked schematic you will find the main power relays.
Wire 122 CD56 RD 12 is the one that powers your dome light. I remember you said that light has power but you'll note that it comes direct from the battery side of the relay, not from the relay itself. IMO you need to be looking at the relay fuses again, and if it's not that then the main power relay itself. See if the coil wires (308 Yellow) for the relay are powerred when you turn the key switch on.
If that all checks out your next port of call may be the key switch.
