I have a cat th417c , newer model with all the computers and stuff.
this morning it was super cold. It started with no problem, but shutoff after 4-5 min.
started again. shutoff again. repeated this 3-4 times, and now it won't even try to start. it's like it is in cripple mode and there is a fail safe preventing it.
I managed to get the screen into help mode and saw the engine log said "5826-15" , which i looked up to be Fuel Rail pressure was low.
I put a blow drier on it. Changed the fuel filters. Primed the fuel.
still the same. any ideas?
