I will be doing a demo on a CAT D7E in the coming weeks or as soon as CAT can get one to me with the intent to buy. I am looking for anyone with real world usage that can talk to the performance, maintenance and overall long term ownership of the hybrid CAT...The overall spec on the machine meet my requirement but the new technology electrical drive etc I really don't anything about. I could go with an D7R but the new machine seems to be a big improvement in many respects over the R . Any input much appreciated.
I plan on testing a 750 or 850 Deere as well......

Thanks in advance.
