The shaft was worn too so it had to come out for machining. Man that thing was hard to remove! There were two threaded holes on the flange that are supposed to eject the shaft by inserting two screws but that wasnt enough. Had to use some Wedges and a lot of brute force!

That bearing assembly was also really Hard to remove and even harder to unscrew the flange in order to get that bearing out

11 out of 12 bottom rollers were shot
IMG_20210424_124305.jpg
Starting from the rear side, the rollers on one side were S-D-S-D-D-D while on the other side
Were S-D-S-D-D-D.
I think the second is the correct sequence. Can someone confirm?

Yours should have a single next to the front idler and the rest are correct.
Usually roller position is called out from the front to the back S-D-D-S-D-S.

Hi guys,
Things are going pretty slow due to lack of time. We started the assembly today and hopefully we will finish in the next weeksIMG_20210629_131129.jpg IMG_20210629_131109.jpg IMG_20210629_131050.jpg
New rollers, repaired idlers and new bucket blade and teeth

The old teeth are just perfect for my 955 bucket

Spyros curious why you are taking the teeth off and putting a smooth cutting edge on that 963?
