I have a Cat 951B, and I am needing an air filter. I am in New Zealand, and am wondering if there are any aftermarket filters available online? The old filter has not been cleaned for decades, and the precleaner pipe has not always been covered, disintegrating the filter. It has always seems gutless, even stalling out in 1st gear on a big push...now I know why!
We purchased this machine to level off a few building sites, and it is doing a grand job!
Also...we have been hunting for years (unsuccessfully) to find any specs for our Furukawa FL230. Does anyone have any? We had to put it over a weighbridge to get the weight, 16 tons with bucket and forks. The steering box top seal leaks like crazy, and it dumps 20 litres every 5 minutes. We have to stop at that point and tip the bucket into the hydraulic tank. Pretty debilitating...
