I have a cat 943 and it just seems to bogg when turning. It blows a little black smoke the whole time it's running and is worse when turning. I'm not sure if it's a throttle linkage issue or what. Fuel filter is new. Any input is appreciated.

there is a linkage that is hooked up from the throttle to the transmission see if it has come loose
