Cat 928g smokes alot

Can someone share some advice, cat wheel loader 928g serial number 6xr02692 smokes a ton of grey smoke and hard starts, installed new injectors didnt fix the problem thinking it could be the fuel pump, what do you guys think can be the problem? Any help?

Did you ream the injector cups most likely you have air in fuel these injectors are very reliable

Do you need a special tool to install injectors as they are pressed fit after reaming?

Negative it's a tapered seat that is reamed. No special tools for install.

Didnt ream, is this required on every new install?
