CAT 432HH7E AUTOSHIFT INTERMIDIATE SHIFT GEARS FAULT

Hello Sirs ,i am working on a Cat 432H bakchoe loader 2022,i have an indermidiate fault when the machine is on travel, at autoshift mode, the gear shift tries to shift from 4th to 5th and it can not get into 5th gear,it goes from 5th to 4th and 4th to 5th.it has no fault codes when this is happening.i have change the output sensor on the transmission at the fault doesn't fixxed
any thoughts?

You have already changed the fluid and filter? How fast are you going?
4th is usually plenty and if they are used to driving fast and long in 5th, that might have caused the issue.

Yes i have changed the oil and filter,no signs of wear, it goes up to 25klm at the time it does it.
it also happens and when the switch is at manual and it shifts like it is as autoshift!!!!
is the problem related at the swithc manual /auto or at the lever forwd /backwards?
