Cat 424D tlb - leaking injector pump

Hie guys

My 424D with rxa serial is leaking diesel on the injector pump at the back where the is sort of an adjustment lock and screw
(Its the Bosch injector pump)
Machine has been sitting for a while now because of endless issues on it..

Fired it up today
It starts 1st kick but leaks diesel on the injector pump.

Machine also emitting grey/white smoke
Could that be caused by previous engine rings that where bad as mechanic mentioned that oil can be still stuck inside the exhaust.
After bearings and rings where replaced..
