Fixed one issue on the backhoe and now have another. Initially had a no start issue that was relieved by replacing a very weathered/broken 125A fusible link and giving the old girl time to run. Now starts every time, no power draw and even after 3 days of no operating started first time.

One issue that I don't have the ability to hook up to a tester is my operator alert light stays flashing. Red diamond with exclamation in center. Does this symbol have various warning meanings like a CEL in a daily driver or does it come one for one single issue? Backhoe seems to run fine, cycles through everything, AC even blows cold...

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
That light is a generic fault light and could be for anything. Unfortunately for you it appears that Cat ET is the only way to get info on the exact details of the fault. The same question was posted last week somewhere here.
