Cat 320 d2 or sumitomo sh 210-5

where do cat 320d2 manufactures or assembled. i'm from sri lanka waiting to buy 20 ton excavator , but i'm confused which one as better from following brand new machines.
1.sumitomo SH210-5 (equivalent to LINK BELT 210-X2 AND CASE CX210C)
* cost 16,800,000/= lkr(sri lanka rupees)-(115,430 USD)
* whole made in japan.
* fuel consumption 9.5~11 Liters per hour
* dealer service is good and cost is reasonable.

2. CAT 320D2
* cost 18.400,000/=lkr (129,180USD)
. * made in china
* fuel consumption 11~14 liters per hour
* dealer service is excellent but too costly.

plz advice me after using 10,000 hours which one will be worth .
sumitomo is new to sri lanka & and made in china CAT is in doubtful.

Cat is good, but don't under estimate Sumitomo. Excellent value for money machines. I bought a new Sumitomo back in 2000 and sold it after 22000 hours. Did the under carriage twice, replaced seals in all the cylinders once and resealed the pumps on 18000hrs. Replaced a few hydraulic hoses, other than that, we just serviced it on time every time and did bucket pins and bushes a few times.
