I am having the same issue. I have only 5v on the right side to sensor. 8v on the left. I guess I need to track back and see where I’m losing 3v at for the right side. I know it starts at the ecm.

If you have 8v on at least one side then that eliminates the ECM as a possibility. Do you have an electrical schematic.? If not then a machine Serial Number gets you one.

I am running into this issue with a 239d3 wheeled skid loader. Swapped sensors and problem did not switch sides code wise. Checked voltage between the 8v supply and return and I’m getting 8 volts the sensor side of the plugs I’m getting 5 volts. I’m at a loss here. It isn’t affecting the machine’s operation it’s just annoying because it beeps incessantly

What Code exactly are you getting.? Also the machine Serial Number please.
If you have swapped sensors and the Code stayed the same that sounds like a machine wiring issue.
You can’t just measure voltage on the signal output side of the sensor. You require a multimeter that will measure duty cycle.
