Cat 262c skid steer hydraulic leak

i went to help a friend unload a load of lumber but the 262c had a hydraulic leak. the top hose is leaking where it bends from opening and closing the door. i thought is was strange that only one hose is leaking because it just goes to the hydraulic filter then to the fan. could the filter be causing the problem by restricking the flow of oil??? also any trick on changing the line because it goes to the fan and look like it will be tight for a wrench to fit in there. we hosed clamped a seasoning salt container to keep the oil from sraying on the muffler as we load the skid steer to bring it to the Kingdom.
