CAT 252B year 2004 VIN scp00382 engine cjs01824 what horse power?

Looking at a 2004 CAT 252B skid steer, yes its old but low hours and looks like in good condition for its age.
The VIN is SCP00382 AND THE ENGINE IS CJS01824
This year CAT changed the HP of the side steer from 59 horse power to 70 horse power.
I am asking if anyone knows what horse power this engine is?
