Case cx27b. Good Machine?

Im looking at 2 case cx27b in my area. One has 2100 hours, and is going for 18.5k. The other one is a 2014 with 512 hours for 25k. Both machines have good undercairages and tracks, pins are tight. Are these good machines or best to avoid?
