Screenshot_20210326-065957_Samsung Internet.jpg Hi guys. Sorry newbie here . Long thread as to give you all the info . I recently bought a Case Cx135sr from interstate and didn't look at it myself. Anyway i got rolled . All the hydraulic specs arr all over the place . It wont travel straight and stalls engine when counter steering but has no power 1 track only. Arm out stalls engine at stroke end . Bucket and swing are extremely slow and no power . I haven't adjusted these types of Kawasaki pumps and every manual i have downloaded doesn't have any specs on how to adjust only mains pressures. Im an Ex komatsu mechanic so have good knowledge on hydraulics in general . Does anyone have a manual or extract or can shed light on were to actually start . . Im aware of the 3 adjustments per pump . Outer spring power control , inner spring power control and negacon control ( thats what Kawasaki calls them ) but know what you do to 1 can adjust another. . I have had a play ( yes counted turns ect) and nothing is adding up . 1 thing i have noticed is that pump 1 in book is for swing pump 2 for bucket but this machine is opposite . Is it possible someone has got pump outlets wrong way around and the load sensiing lines are not telling right pump what to do . Any inf would be great thanks heaps
