Hello,

Does anybody have CASE CX130B (manufactured in 2008) manuals, schematics, or diagrams to share?

The customer ordered a new Isuzu 4JJ1 engine with the wiring harness and fuel system, also new priming pump installe before engine change.
After installation, the engine starts up well and allows acceleration, but it is vibrating and not running smoothly.

I will check the crank sensor tomorrow, but has anyone had this kind of issue before?

Thanks for feedback

Checked the excavator today and found that the engine is running on only two cylinders.

Started the engine and loosened the injector connections one by one:
The 1st cylinder had power all the time.
The 2nd cylinder had no power, but gained power when the 4th cylinder lost power.
The 3rd cylinder had no power at any time.
The 4th cylinder had power, but then lost power, after which the 2nd cylinder started working.

Possible ECM fault?

Next plan is to make a straight cable from the ECM to the injectors to eliminate a wiring issue.
