Case 850c torque converter leak

Hard to take a decent pic. There’s a rectangle cover on the top left of the torque converter housing. Looks like I sprung a leak there. Is that just an inspection cover or is it sealed and pressurized?

That cover is used to gain access to the flexplate bolts, connecting the torque convertor to the flywheel.
If you have oil there it means the main seal on the torque convertor is leaking.
To replace it, the convertor needs to be removed & dismantled.
