Case 850 loader steering issue

Have a Case 850 track loader. Serial 7075590. While operating the machine, when it comes under a load the right side track will nearly stop pulling. If you manipulate the right stick from high to low it will sometimes continue to pull through the load. What could be causing this issue? Also would like to note that the brakes do not work and the left side master cylinder has corrosion/rust in it and is dry with no fluid. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to HEF @Austin Avery
There is a few things that could be going on here.

Firstly, does the transmission pressure gauge on the dashboard still work?

There is likely problems with the oil control rings located on the end of the transmission shafts, allowing oil pressure to be transferred between two different clutch packs at the same time ie Right - hi & low OR Right - Fwd & Rev .... or both....
If the machine has been used for a long time (months or years) with this problem, clutch packs get hot & damage occurs to the plates - which will require overhauling.

Trick is to figure where your problem lies hi/low or fwd/rev.
So, at operating temperature, at an IDLE (minimum oil flow from pump), click through the gear ranges & take note of the transmission pressure & the time taken to engage drive.

Pressure should always be the same as neutral, when you engage a gear - in a perfect transmission.
Pressure loss indicates leakage, as does a longer (& often weaker 'clunk') gear selection time.

Do the test, & let us know what you find. ;)

Sorry I’m just now getting back to replying. None of the gauges work just to clarify. What and where do I need to test pressures etc to see if the TCV is functioning properly? Are the brakes controlled through the TCV as well? Also to note, I forgot to mention in the earlier post that when the machine is idled up, the right side will sometimes start to pull correctly but will fail again if idled down.
