Case 680 loader bucket teeth

Hi all. I have a late 60s case 680 backhoe that needs teeth for the front bucket. I would like to use the teeth with bolt on shanks so that they can be removed and I can still put my hay forks on when moving hay. I have not had any luck so far searching. Maybe someone knows of compatible parts from other makes or an aftermarket?

Most all equipment dealers offer aftermarket ground engaging tools (GET).
The center to center distance of the tooth adapter mounting holes on the base edge, the bolt hole diameter and the base edge thickness will be the info they will be asking for.
