case 590sn drops out of gear while driving

hi has anyone had this problem,driving along you loose gears can still rev it up,while rolling if I shift it back to neutral then back to drive I get gears back cheers

What transmission is in it? (shuttle shift, power shift S, or power shift H)

We have a Power shift which we just found brass shavings in the transmission screen and the filter. Not losing gears, but the operator says there is a delay in shifting from first to second gear. Synchro's??
