Case 590 in limp mode wont move

No gauge cluster.
It's a serious 3 need to fix or get it on a trailer.

Cluster wont go into digital mode or turn on at all. I'm at a loss

Sounds like you have a can communication problem. You probably have already but check all fuses and relays, cab relay, and main harness connector for burnt wires or bad connections.
