We got new case 370b and had it running in a mulch pile with grinder going. Mulch gather quickly under the lift arm and the operator did not realize it. It push the side of the machine out. They say it is total. Has anyone experienced this? We think it is a design problem for vertical lift machine. We like lot things about the machine, but this seems to be a real weakness for the machine.

I would post pictures, but We sent it back to the dealer. They have not got back with us on this problem. They say it is under review. It is left side of the machine under the lift arm. It is pushed out a good three inches

So the loader arms got mulch in the lift mechanism, and the the operator continued to run the machine and it tweaked the area under the lift arm?

New guy, Don.

Holy moly. This thread is worthless without pictures of the carnage. Don’t tease me like this.
