Can you tell me about this sawhead?

I've got this old sawhead, it says LDC 206 TENCO on the side and I can't find any info on the internet about the manufacturer. If anyone can tell me about it I would appreciate it.

I got it a few years ago at an auction in Florida. Did tenco go under, change its name, get bought by another company?
