Can this generator be wired 208 3 phase?

Probably can but there is not enough info in the listing for me to absolutely say, however it would be very rare to find one that couldn't because 208 is the most common connection.

you need to find out how many wires the generator end is..most of these are 4wire 1phase & cant be rewired 208/3ph..what you are looking for is a 12wire convertible generator end,can be wired single or three phase

The pictures of the label say 3 phase and 139 volts per winding, that would indicate that a valid connection would be 277/480, therefore with windings in parallel at 52.8A, it could do 120/208 at 38 kVA.
