Can Terex RH400 outpull komatsu d575a-3?

Are excavtaors actually strong at pulling or pushing.They have tacks but the question is about the gears and the traction they have.
I was seeing pictures of huge excavators close to the 1000-ton range and i asked myself this question because personally i think that a machine which weighs 1000 tons and has tracks might be able to deliver enormous pulling power.

What is the professional's opinion on this?

I don't see a 575 moving a machine that weighs 8 times more. The RH400 wouldn't have to move just sit there while the dozer dig's its own grave. I know that a RH400 has around 500tons in drawbar pull so it could drag 3-4 of them around.
