Buying a service manual

Looking for best deal on a Service Manual for a S160 SN5267. I see hard copies on eBay around $120, or CD around $18.95.
Any other places to look? I'd like the hard copy but not sure I'd pay $100 or more.

When shop rates are around 100 per hour a manual will pay for its self quickly.
