Even a small pull type scraper behind a farm tractor is going to out perform a track loader or dozer at those distances. My uncle built a good sized pond with just that, about 10,000cy went into the dam. Main earth moving equipment was a 5yd scraper behind a 150 horse Allis Chalmers 8050, powershift transmission and FWA. Tractor would easily boil dirt over the top of the scraper, loaded and hauled quick.

IIRC it took about a month to build (not working 7days a week), I think they were moving close to 500yds a day. And that is in a large row crop tractor that rides good, cab, A/C, radio, powershift transmission, etc. The OP trundling away ~2yds at a time with a track loader, that's 4000-5000 cycles. If you figure doing it on the side, around a day job, breakdowns, weather, etc I'm guessing it would take many months if not years to complete, if ever. Is it doable? In theory yes, in practice I feel like something would give, either the machine or operator, before it ever got done.
