HI I'm pretty new to operating and I'm trying to improve all the time.

I know the is no substitute for operating time but are the any books you guys could recommend to help me?

I've seen a book called: Excavator Operator Handbook: Advanced Techniques For Operators mentioned in other threads but I've never seen a copy avaliable. Has anyone got a scanned copy?

I've got an older copy of Moving the earth which is good but not much about techniques for excavators.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Cheers
