Bomag BW141AD-2 not Travelling

hi all,

I have recently acquire a Bomag BW141AD-2 Tandem Double Drum Roller.

the machine does not travel.

vibration and other functions is ok except the travel.

the hand brake release is already check.

im suspecting that this is an electrical problem.

any input is a big help.
