This machine is a PITA to work on so I hear from everyone. I however have had the patience to do an under carriage swap. The right side seemed easy because all I had to to was remove the battery to get at the drive motor. I am replacing the drive motors as well because I have new ones. The problem. I have to remove the hyd. tank to get at the nuts for the left side. I cannot see anything fastening it down underneath or on the side by the lift cylinder. Has anyone attempted to go this far ? If so, how do you get that thing outta there ? thanks in advance.
