Bobcat Control Valve Spool Issue

I recently replaced the seals on my bobcat 763 lift and tilt spools for the control valve. Everything went back together nice, but the lift function foot pedal will not move now. The tilt function foot pedal works fine. I took everything back apart and cannot spot any issues. I’m kind of puzzled on what could be causing the issue. The lift pedal worked fine before I pulled the spools to replace the seals. Anyone have an idea on what could be causing the problem?
